2. Services
Aveline provides premium branded water bottle solutions in Pakistan, including custom label design, bulk orders, and retail distribution. Services are subject to availability, order confirmation, and payment terms as agreed for each project.
3. Orders and Quotes
Submitting a contact form or quote request does not constitute a binding order. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and you accept our quote. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Payment and Pricing
Prices are as quoted at the time of order confirmation. Payment terms (e.g., deposit, full payment, or instalments) will be agreed per order. Late payment may result in delayed production or delivery. All amounts are in PKR unless otherwise stated.
5. Design and Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, artwork, or content you provide for customization. Aveline may use your brand materials solely for producing your order. We retain rights to our own designs, templates, and brand identity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery and Risk
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., logistics, weather, or force majeure).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aveline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit harmful code, or use the site in any way that could harm Aveline or third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
